The guest asst. coordinator role covers all backstage coordination: to provide what artist need; to manage the artist compound and its spaces; to coordinate guests arrival and all show calls.

The deputy site manager is the delegate of the Site Manager who decided how organize the building site. She deals with call-sheets and transport or machinery requirements. She coordinates the activity of suppliers and organizes crew members during the building site.

The staff assistant is a member of staff production who assists co-workers in different duties during the show day.
