Projects

You don't usually see what's going on backstage. What is shown looks so easy by anyone. Only who works at the project knows its background and how it was achieved. I've learned that more a structure is fascinating, more complicated was to build it. More an event is special, more difficult was to realize it.

Production roles

Director

The production director plans and oversees the productivity of the show organisation and its set-up. She works with production team to make sure that processes are implemented and operated efficiently in safety, observing deadlines and stayed within budget.

Coordinator

The production coordinator supports the production director to organize the event. She makes sure that everything runs smoothly. The role includes production tracking, office management, coordinating schedules, suppliers activities, facilities and equipment rentals.

Assistant

The production assistant supports crew members, drafting and distributing daily paperwork (infosheet, call sheets...), checking catering, dressing room, office, transport equipement and cleaning service.
