You don't usually see what goes on backstage. What the audience sees looks so easy. Only those who work on a project know what lies behind it and how it was achieved. I've learned that the more fascinating a structure is, the more complicated it was to build. The more special an event is, the more difficult it was to make happen.
Production roles
Producer
The producer plans and oversees the show's organisation and set-up. She works with the production team to make sure that processes are implemented and run efficiently and safely, deadlines are met, and the budget is respected.

Coordinator
The production coordinator supports the production director in organising the event and makes sure that everything runs smoothly. The role includes production tracking, office management, and coordinating schedules, supplier activities, facilities and equipment rentals.
Assistant
The production assistant supports crew members by drafting and distributing daily paperwork (info sheets, call sheets, etc.) and by checking catering, dressing rooms, equipment transport and cleaning services.
